Arlington, TX is the third largest municipality in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, which has a total population of 7,759,000 residents and extends to 8,675 square miles with a density of 916 individuals per square mile (Census Reporter). Arlington falls under Tarrant County, which has an estimated population of 2,126,477 residents and a population density of 2,490 persons per square mile (Census Reporter). The 2021 Census Bureau indicates the total population of Arlington as 392,786 inhabitants within 95.8 square miles and a density of 4,100 residents per square mile (Census Reporter).
